Why is my Tonkeeper endlessly refreshing?
If you're experiencing an issue where your wallet keeps refreshing and you're unable to complete a transaction, please check the following:
- The latest version of the app is installed.
- The date and time on your smartphone are configured to automatically update and are synchronized with the main server (depending on your phone model).
- A stable internet connection. If necessary, switch from Wi-Fi to LTE or vice versa.
- Your VPN is turned off.
- Try restarting your smartphone.
